It was a sunny afternoon at the Pharmacy premises, when a Gentleman walked into the pharmacy, and demanded to speak with the Pharmacist on duty. Seated at my office, I watched one of the Pharmacist, Female, approached the man.
A conversation ensured between them for a few seconds. Then, the Pharmacist walked into my office to tell me that the Client demanded to be attended to by a Male Pharmacist, of which i obliged.
Without beating around the bush, the Client went straight to the point. He Said, and I quote, "Whenever I am with my wife, I find it difficult to gain or maintain my erection during intimate moments. But the reverse is the case When I am with my Mistress. With her, I always ask for more."
Shocked by this revelation, I clerked further to understand the genesis of this emotional problem. Following series of probing questions, He made me to understand the intractable, unresolved issues that has been lingering between him and his wife for a while now.
From our tete-a-tete, he opened up to me that for many years of their union, the wife has been quite helpful in fulfilling some financial obligations. For instance, they share the major family bill (House rent, School fees, et al), into, say - 70:30. That he brings 70% of the bill while the wife complements with the remaining 30%. This has been the trend of fulfilling the family's financial obligations for many years hitherto.
Lately, the wife has withdrawn any form of support owing to the misunderstanding between them. On many issues, they have not been on the same page. According to him, this has been the major reason for his poor sexual performance with his wife.
Though he came into the pharmacy to purchase drugs that help maintain good erection - Viagra, et al, I particularly advised him to do whatever it takes to reconcile with his wife. That way, they will be on the same emotional page, and then, Sex become more seamless between them.
